Well what you got quoted on was to tear down and replace drywall and $10,000.00 is a good ball park figure for that kind of work. its allot of work and then you have to add painting on top of that.

Either do it right and get the protection, or don't do it at all.X2, I’ve been in discussion in the start-up section past few days where I said this exactly and was challenge for talking the only 10K allotted to start-up a REI to make certain I had good legal, accounting, planning, insurance team on my side from the get-go.
