It is very centrally located, incredibly accessible (Check out Avelo airlines) I recently took a flight from LA (Burbank) to Eugene direct, non-stop, $100 round trip. 

Maybe you could use that money to get a better return than 6.5 but that’s in a vacuum and could be more stressful- maybe not who knows.

I have the same issue with a refund from Egypt Airlines...

As a math problem this works out as you say and in a vacuum you move out 12 months later and now get 4k monthly with 4 roommates this on paper works.  3.

the difference is Timber has been here as an industry for 200 plus years.. same could be said of buying stock in any large corporation... when it was nothing.. heck even buying UA 5 days after 911 or any airline stock..for that matter at that time.Timber Steel and others is not what it used to be and nothing ever is..
