@Abigail King I invest in several towns in central IL, and am interested in adding some properties in Peoria to my portfolio as well. 

I asked for it from them, that added to the anger.  

It's easy to obtain, costs very little, and doesn't require extra, on-going effort to maintain.

I don't really understand what value you think you're adding to the forums by relentlessly posting these kinds of messages. 

Added to the items I put which is more detailed and arcuate!

I don’t mind adding a new kitchen or bathroom but I don’t what to do the whole entire house again.

I don’t believe a tenant can stay forever, and I can cover the extra payments and lawyer fees for up to two years for the tenant who will be harder to remove.

However, those things can be added to a lease.

Don’t be surprised if you find yourself downing a few extra coffees while sifting through properties, but hey, that’s part of the journey when you’re aiming for that next-level investment portfolio, right?
