Just out of curiosity looked in your town and saw 136 Soerry Dr. for sale at 159.9k, and I'm sure there are others especially foreclosures and estates to look at. 

Out of curiosity @Sean S. how many properties do you own?

You would have to consult with a local attorney to see what kind of rights the neighbor property may have accrued even if there is not a recorded easement. 

There are penalties for not paying in enough tax timely, and interest begins accruing from the date the tax return was due without regard to extensions.

Just out of curiosity, how many properties have you looked at & made an offer?

Just out of curiosity, which necessary party was omitted?

I think it may have meant more if you were basing the competition on the number of votes each person accrued.
