Are there other options besides paying for movers to move his items into a 15 day storage unit?

Looking for help from anyone who's had some success investing or flipping in the Seattle/Tacoma area.

I am a new investor looking to relocate to the Seattle/Tacoma, WA area via house hacking.My journey that brought me to these forums:During the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized an opportunity to earn more money by doing travel nursing so I up and left my hospital job to take advantage of the elevated rates for RNs during this time.

Help them move or pay for the movers when the time comes.

Contact local parks or movers and see if they have anything available they are looking to get rid of or move out. 

They are less scary than jumping up to a more valuable property, but the gains to be made by qualifying for a Small Balance Loan or something similar is such a needle-mover than it may prove worth waiting for, while building highly-liquid equity in single family.

Also, I lived in Tacoma for 5 months when I was a travel nurse in puyallup!

I'm in Tacoma so I understand the coastal attitude.

I also need to move really quickly next time I see one and have done the calcs and know it might also cashflow.
