What ever it is I’m over it and ready to make some deals..Now I realize that the market is a bit screwed up right now but I know one thing a good deal is still a good deal and I find them weekly, I just need help securing them.First things first I pay almost $800 a month for rent and storage and that’s ridicules, I don’t have to much cash because all I have to buy and sell with is about 5-8K and without it I can’t operate plus I’m sitting on 10k in inventory.

Because there are so many and not enough storage they are attempting to sell them as they come to completetion.

Seller is motivated to sell adn close on a option he has on some self storage units.

A mini-barn was placed on the Southwest corner of the property in 1987 for storage.

I would love to get going as soon as possible but i just do not know how, so i am going to be reading books to try and learn the ropes.i greatly understand that learning first hand is like no other teaching i could have so i definately want to do this before college. i actually wanted tobuy an acre of commercial land now and put 10-20 self storage units on it, and run that while i was in college, just for the experience as long as i didnt lose money, atleast not a great amount. my dad however wont help me do this, and i dont know how to do it on my own.i am applying for my first credit card next weekend, so i can start building credit.

ofgiftI'm an electrician and although I don't do residential work (mainly industrial), I do know that the panels, cables and devices used now aren't much different than what was used in the 70's.

If someone wants to redo a building and flip it in a year for a guaranteed profit; then get some dirt outside of town, build storage units and do it with less than 0 invested.I just assume that people interested in investing will have a competent team.
