@Ivan Schmidt @Ivan Schmidt, I re-read your details and if your residence is currently Knoxville you should qualify for an Owner Occupied loan, I've never heard of the 1 hour drive requirement, unless you already own a property in Knoxville.

Upon reading the PMA. the text did not read like a trap until after I started having some issues and went back to re-read it "like a lawyer" might.
