We just closed on a 71-unit apartment complex, our largest purchase to date.

I am currently looking to Purchase and Rehab a House in the North Dallas and DFW areas.I am eager to Network with fellow Investors and Professionals in the area to explore Opportunities for Collaboration.

The best option would likely be a construction loan, which can cover both the purchase of the land and the build.

Typically, the investors I work with purchase properties in their personal names and then quit-claim the title into their LLC after the deed has been recorded.Markets like OKC, Memphis, and Little Rock offer some excellent, affordable growth opportunities, and I’d be happy to chat with you to explore these options further.

Typically homes in-between tenants, or a new purchase with intent to have renters within 30 days this is allowed. 

So I want purchase it as my first rental property it's going to need rennovations for sure not terrible shape just older rancher home.

I recently purchased my home in October 2023 (before starting my real estate investing journey), so I don’t yet have access to any substantial equity.

My experience has been that purchase transactions where the buyer has no or little skin on the game have a default rate many times that of buyers who place a significant down payment into the deal.  

If there isn’t significant equity capture at this purchase price, and it’s not in a great location, this would be a pass for me.
