Do you have the ability to get a summary of payments rec'd from the lender that lists the account number it came from, as well as perhaps something old showing that account to be just in her name?

It goes something like this, I buy "off market" houses using Subject To and Wraps, put $50k in to pay them their equity, closing costs, carrying costs (and reserves just in case.)
