I called the wholesaler and asked him what he was looking to get for the contract, he indicated 100K so I ran some numbers and called him back 20min later to lock it up.

I do think that some of the issues are due to differences in culture and infrastructure.

I ran into that in San JOse and did my first Turo rental that worked well brand new prius for 90 bucks  and he picked me up at the airport and dropped me off.
