I will do texture, paint exterior and interior myself, baseboards and trim. cabinet install possibly What should my asking price be you think?

This is the interior foundation from the basement.  

A full exterior/interior rehab will run at about 60k, so you need about 50 years to save up the funds needed for remodelling.

Hi guys, just tagging onto this post....in need of GC recommendations in Pensacola who can remodel unit interiors (36 units). 

Trim rotted with flaking and peeling paint .CN138106Remove and stop nuisance. (7-28-060)Front and rear yards , high weeds and overgrown shrubs .CN190019Arrange for inspection of premises. (13-12-100)Interior of Building - No response , unverified detectors , conditions and occupancy .

I will then begin rehabbing the interiors as tenants cycle out beginning in January. 

Scope of work:-install luxury vinyl flooring-install kitchen appliances-new kitchen counter-paint kitchen cabinets-paint interior walls-roof replacement-termite damage repair-paint house exterior-plumb gas and drain to rec room kitchen-draw plans to submit to city for permitting

And probably another $20k of interior and exterior work to make it liveable.

HiWe're building 2-bedroom apartments in Gravenhurst, Ontario and looking for contractors to finish interior framing, bathroom & kitchen renovation, flooring, etc. 

SF never once provided me a list of things in writing.So the moral of my story here is don’t think since you’ve made it through closing you’re out of the financial woods yet.With these two properties alone, we have spent over $20k in repairs that were required within the first 60 days of ownership.Best part is the insurance agent told me I had to make the property looked lived in…how do you expect me to finish the interior renovations (we removed some walls and gutted the kitchen; started before our priorities were redirected for us) when you’ve got me dealing with a bunch of “recommendations!”
