North Linden, South of Main, Vassor Village, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Driving Park, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will gentrify quickly and make for great long term buy and holds.

@Rada Chapkis The investors we work with, that are interested in Northwest suburbs or Kane county, like that area because the village regulations are laxed or non existent.

I believe Buffalo has the potential to grow into the next largest city in the north east region aside from NYC.Buffalo offers incredible locally owned bars and restaurants, eager developers, the Niagara river, our sports teams and stadiums, our historic Elmwood Village and so much more.Having lived here for almost 8 years and seeing first hand then transformations we have mad as a city... we are only moving up from here.

There would seem to be some risk to consider that even if it is not restricted now, that the county could step in at some point and redefine the rule, specifically ruling out "hosted" STVRs.My agent does a lot of business in Waikoloa -- both the village and the resort area.

I do know of one developer in my market that created these medical “villages” throughout the area but they also had ownership interests in some of the practices that would be tenants in these centers thus reducing their vacancy risk.
