First off @Aly Thompson , welcome to BP.Make individual appointments with the contractors and in general if you can't be present at the flips on a daily basis, not all day but enough to make your presence felt so work progresses, then take @Will Barnard's advice and hire a PM.

They were just general things about the industry.I commend you for going out and getting licensed and wanting to do things the right way.The real issue here is the entire topic of wholesaling is a very gray area for those that are licensed and those that are not licensed.Granted the term "wholesaling" can mean several different things.1.
