I currently have a foster in our home that is a white young female boxer that is totally deaf that was knocking on deaths door.  

These are in fairly "sketchy" areas and past history has shown some young female named Ashley or Jennifer just isn't likely to feel comfortable with that area. 

Although you have a unique last name Musselman may not have a customer friendly impression to a female demographic.

When I say we, it is myself (female) and my cousin (male).

In short, I have 3 female roommates where one has been there for 3 years (before I owned the place), one has been there for a little more than a year and the third just moved in a couple months ago when a new lease was signed.
