I may be able to get $850 a month for rent after rehab since it's near a college.Other info about the house: 3/1, 1500 sq', 2 car garage/barn (shady condition from what I can remember), sits on 2.5 acres, and that lovely New England field stone foundation for a basement....scares the heck out of me.Your thoughts, opinions, and experience is always appreciated!

While a 2 bed 1 bath might rent for a 6-800 in the south, it could very well rent for 9-1100 here in New England (and even more in certain areas of Massachusetts).
