If you have questionable morals, there are far more lucrative investment opportunities available to you than real estate (drug dealing, gun running, organized crime, etc.).I have a license in CA and am not aware of any legal or ethical requirement for me to disclose my license if I'm buying a property, as a principal.  

I usually hire a administrative person and pay well (12-15 hr once I can give them about 15-20 hrs week) I have found plenty of stay at home moms love it and seems if I train them it works well and they do it the way I want done. 

Being familiar with common business pitfalls and learning how to avoid them, in my opinion, can be learned in the class room (and on BP) when you don't have it all on the line.Personally I majored in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurial management.

The woman who had the deed transferred in her name is only the court appointed administrator of the estate, from my current research she should be able to transfer deed but i will run a title search.She has been sending her lawyer to the courts avoiding being foreclosed on because the original note was not recorded correctly and they cannot produce it. 

This process can be called 'Letters of Administration'.

Regardless of addiction and disability, illegal drug use is still illegal.

My step-father-in-law has had a drug lord fake residency house (where they make the house look lived in, but don't actually live there) and a house that was used for making meth.

Most of the city has a crime rate since it's on it's way to phoenix and drugs are transported through.

He has a drug possession charge from 6 years ago and a DUI from 7 years ago.
