I would advise to look through the BP bookstore and webinars to get more education about the development process.

Is a nice hidden gem of a book.You may want to peruse the Book Store at the Society of Exchange Counselors.The late Jack Miller has a ton of material on Creative TransactionsWhen you have reached a level of comfortability ( give yourself plenty of time), I highly recommend taking a Peter Fortunato class to get your brain twisted on how to focus on create good deals not finding them.Best of luck

And other than giving me a little guidance on how he recommended to select an out of state market to move from my small deals 2,3,4 units to 20-50 units and how to go about building my out of state team, all of which was in the book in the BiggerPockets bookstore in the book on out of state investing, I didn’t get much out of it and felt like I’d wasted my money.

I have purchased a handful of books from the bookstore and am diving into them daily. 

They can be found a 2nd hand book stores, on line etc.
