There seems to be quite a bit of variation.

We all know that there is a lot of variation street by street and I'd love to know what you think the nicer streets are in each neighborhood.

I have no real experience with the cassette variations though.   

But without knowing more about the property other than it is on 13 mile, there are variations that do go into the equation. 

That is, if all the similar properties in your area are offering appliances, you probably have to as well in order to compete (otherwise, you could lose out on good renters and have long vacancies).But I was struck by the variation across geographic regions in the US...

I think using a HELOC instead of a private loan up front is just a variation on the BRRRR strategy.
