I'm looking at condos that are part of hotels/resorts, for occasional personal use (I travel a lot and need a place to come back to), and to have STR income when I'm away.

Is "creative" the word used for obscuring the true origin of non medical equipment and then passing it off to your customers as higher medical-grade gloves?

I know I need to add an addendum about hosting to midterm travelers.

If it's close to Morton Plant Hospital your target audience would probably be traveling nurses.

But we will travel to Maryland, to hire him and resolve this matter.

At that point, I can travel and do the things in life that make an impact on other people. 

Medical scrubs / doctor's coat / safety vest / specialized footwear or other safety related gear.
