I'm thinking it's a hearth room, put a fireplace in, open the wall over the sink if it faces that exterior wall, you don't have to take the wall out, just an opening, that together with the wide traffic area to that room from the kitchen will tie the two together, carry the same flooring throughout as Heather suggested.

(inform investors of good & bad deals and send traffic to the sponsors of good ones) There is actually less content on the site now than 2 weeks.  

Our retail is really picking up as well, once Walmart came to town the main road in town started getting more traffic and subsequently a lot of shopping plazas were revamped.

It's next to main commercial street in town, bus stop, foot traffic, so I had people asking about renting an apartment while doing remodelling.

I'm sure there are areas south of San Jose and north of SF (like Santa Rosa) that are in need of comm. dev.Here in Phoenix, all the people that moved way outside of the city to get the biggest home they could afford are now looking at long commutes and horrible traffic (since the freeway system wasn't even ready for the growth).

The single best way to drive traffic to your site is to have good content.

They increased about 2 weeks ago so it seems that something you're doing is increasing your traffic.

Is there an affiliate that you can co-exist with.Driving traffic to any business is called marketing.

Items 7 & 10 are the most critical issues; you do everything right and spend a fortune to drive new and actionable traffic to your website, but if it doesn't convert or isn't relevant---you spend a lot to get a little...Hope this helps...Regards,Scott Miller

I have experience with both...SEO (search engine optimization) and PPC...Driving new and relevant traffic to your landing page or website is what Adwords does best---it works masterfully if your ad draws attention.Converting this PPC lead into a paying client is something altogether different---your website needs to be leakproof (lead leakproof that is) to get the greatest ROI from Adwords...I give you an example of conversion/ROI on an active campaign I am running for bad credit mortgages that I spent $750 on in April: Click Through Ratio: 1-15% depending on keyword (I don't pay top dollar for my keywords and as a result, CTR is lower then it could be).
