If you'll recall, just recently you presented the idea of offering a "complimentary Mcrib to top agents" with a possible "keep the cheesy tots on the menu" lobby group and that has not been upheld.

They just put in a Wal-Mart and a super plaza with a movie theater is being developed.

Some cities are opposed to STRs due to the lobbying of massive hotel chains.

I would advise being in one of the resort communities that have great amenities (pools, lazy rivers, game rooms, theaters, volleyball, gyms etc).

@David Moore I hope I am wrong too...but really, the thing that needs to happen is investors and small business owners statewide ought to lobby to eliminate use of the unauthorized practice of law statute when a company principal, authorized by company bylaws and resolutions, chooses to represent the company instead of hiring a lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!   

I'd take a syndication over a REIT that specializes in movie theaters or hotels catering to business travelers for the long term, but there are individual REITS I'd take over pretty much every syndicator.  

I do remember some real nice outdoor mall/theater with water fountains in Huntsville I went to lol.

I bet banks lobbied this one in.

It lobbies for landlords and they provide a full rental agreement for members use.I would recommend you track down your local landlord group and join up!

DC, PG and MoCos county councils passed theirs with unanimous votes and no one really lobbied the other side.
