Take a drive around downtown, Cherry Creek, the Tech Center, or anywhere else.

But if you fix the issues, you stand a good chance they will stay so long as rival gang members do not move in the area.Bottom line, I know a lot of people who have been very successful in this area, including @James Martin and I know a lot of people who have lost thousands.
