My objectives were:First, put a face and a positive spin on "the man".Second, show the same customer appreciation I would in any other business where customer loyalty is important.Third, celebrate Christmas.I believe I accomplished my objectives. 

My mind just spins trying to win win here, Ugh .

This makes me feel good and puts me in perspective as I am spinning my wheels.

Not sure how to make this deal work and how I can spin this with less money invested as possible.

So you either didn't understand the study or you were putting a spin on it.  

I'm spinning tires and could really use some out of the box ideas, or maybe and idea i didn't think of trying.

This is a spin off, contract for option, I belive used by Brian Gibbons, now that I mentioned him, he should be landing shortly.He has a contract that give the right to purchase in the future after the buyer has met certain obligations under a lease.

In fact, it is within a half mile of the large convention center and many restaurants and shopping centers.Think of it this way, the previous owner put his spin on the numbers and manufactured a positive result.

My head is spinning with trying to start my Real Estate Investment business on my own.

I am also working on buying my first rental property in the midwest but I haven't been able to focus on that enough and have been spinning my wheels.The best piece of advice that worked for me was to always identify what your next step is to keep progress moving.
