They serve a purpose that everyone benefits from and for the most part they are content with what they have.Humans are no different than any other social colony.

They have a social mentality that you need to adapt to and can not set your standards too high while at the same time insuring they adhere to all community rules. 

My brother and I have considered creating some software to solve this problem but would love to hear more about how big of a pain/problem keeping track of these seller-financed deals are if we were to try and tackle this problem further.Best,Preston WalstonReal Estate Agent / Entrepreneur
