Way too hard to do simple tasks.

I only sold a few amount of properties but the values of the homes have increased.The government is making less affordable homes(Impacts supply)A lot of the points you suggested such as selling costs and having to rehab the property before sale apply to both cheap homes and expensive homes

@Avishai Avraham I suggest calling the housing authority in your area (they are often segmented by County) and asking them your question.

It’s a simple strategy that can pay off big in the long run.

It can be a simple 1-2 page Option contract.

I would suggest finding a lender that treats your transaction with the same care and attention with which they would treat their own.
