I would only recommend the promulgated form if it is a simple and straightforward lease.

Often when I work with real estate investors to create asset protection strategies, most tend to prefer a simple asset protection structure (something low-cost that does the job essentially).

Pretty simple for me - are you or the property traditionally qualified or not.

The problem is it sucks, it barely works, it's surprisingly unintuitive for something so simple, and barely any guests actually use it.Which is kind of the same reason we're not discussing this on Google+ while wearing our Google glasses and talking about which version of Google Stadia is best to put into our homes as we communicate with our cleaners through Google Hangouts.While google obviously has a few big hits like Maps/Flights/Gmail, the majority of google releases follow the same pattern of great technology, horrible interface, no marketing, and eventual abandonment by Google. 

We classify our VA tasks in Tiers.Tier 1 - Simple Admin Tasks and IntakeTier 2 - TriageTier 3 -  Front Office (Calls, Setting, Appointments, Follow-up, Lead Gen, etc.)Tier 4 - Back Office (Systems, CRM,  Billing, etc.)Tier 5 -  Subject Matter Expert Tasks (high stakes work) Most of our VA's do Tier 1 - 3.
