Well........they sent a picture of a section of the roof, some of the shingles are u and guess what- NO insurance on it now.    

My partner is an EU citizen looking to invest in the USA to purchase properties that will later be for Section 8 tenants.

There is also a Federal Grant currently in place the FDIC Banks and private lenders can use that offer not only down payment grant money but they cover the mortgage up to 75% similar to section 8.Please let me know if you need additional programs or breakdown of my original post to help this young man.

A corner unit and unit B--not 3 units?

The property is rented out to section 8 tenants for a total of $4700 currently.

Additionally, I have a "Notice to Vacate" section in my non-standard rental provisions indicating that tenant and landlord must provide a 2 full calendar month notice to vacate. 

Found out that she wanted me to remodel the place because she was going to let her brother move in and allow him to use her section 8. she had no intentions of even living there anymore because she met a new man and was living with him but didn't want to give up her section 8.

Thats why you have engineers and architects.From your other posts, are you trying to use this Al section in lieu of a wood gluelaminate piece?
