From there we led the water out of the crawler, then we put a nice thick vapor barrier throughout the entire crawler and sealed it.

Then seal it with some type of clear concrete sealant (like this ) I know it's old and will cost a lot of money to 100% waterproof it.

Prime first with an oil based primer to seal the edges (use the low odor oil based unless you wish to have less brain cells when you finish; the regular stuff has a strong odor that will leave you loopy without adequate ventilation).
