It took way too long to assemble though - maybe 3 or 4 hours with all the rubber seals and frame assembly. 

In good faith, I cleaned everything up, and replaced the wax seal. 

BTW, since Dodd-Frank, ensure that any Note made applicable to that Act has a seal and RMLO number or lender number identified on the Note and security agreement.

The asbestos siding on one of our houses provides great insulation and is not a hazard because it is sealed with layers of paint (non-lead).

So I asked the question can the basement be sealed off and separate from the top, is it above ground basement, etc. it sounds like it could potentially be split into a duplex ...

As a result, one of my adjacent neighbors has already moved and several others are on their way out.Pretty soon I will also be moving out because I dared to report flooding in my apartment that occurred as a result of leaks through what are supposed to be sealed windows and walls during a heavy rainstorm.  

From there we led the water out of the crawler, then we put a nice thick vapor barrier throughout the entire crawler and sealed it.

Then seal it with some type of clear concrete sealant (like this ) I know it's old and will cost a lot of money to 100% waterproof it.

I feel if seller wanted top dollar they would widely advertise and do a live auction not a quieter sealed bid.

Prime first with an oil based primer to seal the edges (use the low odor oil based unless you wish to have less brain cells when you finish; the regular stuff has a strong odor that will leave you loopy without adequate ventilation).
