We financed the property through a credit line with our local bank(who financed all our rentals), 5% interest rate.Below are a few pics and I hope to update the pics as work gets completed(which is starting today)I look forward to hearing everyone's feedback as this is our first flip!

Go out and look at them-take measurements of the outside and a bunch of better pics-then go out and do a better job of advertising than the owner and at a profit!!

Bob, I also have experience in Records Storage - and enough to know that the 1st step is to add that piece to your feasibility study to determine if there is enough need to warrant the initial outlay in bar coding, scanning equipment - racking, and yes, HVAC equipment.
