@Hunter Reichert 5 bedrooms and 2000 sqft is a monster rental.  

Then take them to storage.. the Wolf range in my personal home I bought on sale ( 8 years ago for 4600)  its a monster one 60 inch with double oven and infrared on top  sat in my airplane hanger all these years until I installed it a few months ago..

Don't lift them 6 feet in the air and put chrome monster truck wheels on them, and even the top trim level ones blend in pretty well.But my "uniform" when I'm at home is cargo shorts, an old t-shirt, flip flops and a dingy ball cap.When I'm doing business, i.e. looking at properties, attending inspections, etc, I arrive in the F-150 wearing khaki work pants, a collared shirt, and boots.

I have mostly B and C loans, with a smaller amount of A and D, and a tiny percent (2%) of E.I use a program called Lending Robot which is a high frequency trading program.

They take some real monsters and turn them into very respectable nice little houses for their area.  

Self employment tax is the hidden monster in ordinary income.

I helped more than a few out of horrendous situations.I know the the Syrios boys as they are from Oregon and I don't know them well but I know there Dad had built a monster company here in Oregon...

So all my lots bordered county road and I had to come through the lots to get to my tree farm and use my established logging roads which are pretty stout as they have to handle 40k pound trucks full of the northwest finest douglas fir logs.. on one section I was able to dedicate the road way through the parcels to my gate onon my southern entrance the lot crossed my logging road.. so I retained an easement for ingress egress and utilities. as I was working on a monster Zip line park ( but that's another story). so the buyer of the 10 acre parcels wanted animals and as such he wanted at gate at the beginning of his property and were my gate was at our common boarder.. at first we were a little miffed as we now had to open two gates instead of one....

Whatever blows up (in now a mid-mature field of social media) will be replaced by robotics, driverless cars, Internet of things, etc.
