Unfortunately when I went and checked reviews for them they were overwhelmingly negative, some of it was stuff you mentioned in your post above, but a lot of other reviews cited downright dishonesty, like the service taking money, not providing the list and not responding to any sort of email contact.

If you go this route it’s important the base contract is carefully reviewed and negotiated as the implications of the terms grow considerably as more properties are added to the engagement. 

Non Premier hosts, same minimum restrictions, crap photos, mediocre reviews and yet that are on page one.

I am reviewing them all (due diligence).

Seems like a legit company, for REO listings I do know you pay for up front things and get reimbursed at closing, however I can't seem to find any reviews on Core Capital.
