I have warned about them for some time based on my experience with them. 

We determined the ARV, estimated our rehab, decided on our required profit, and then negotiated on the purchase price based on that data.

For those with coverage, whether an occurance of it is covered would be based on how it occured and did/should you have knowledge about the potential for mold.

And with the example you used of being able to save 100k per year, do you really think that there’s gonna be that much stress relief from a paid off mortgage when you’re making kind of money?

I have a Florida based lender who helped prior clients of mine from Canada with their commercial real estate purchase.

In the self storage market, they have ratios based on population to determine demand.

The garage does have electric ran with a small meter base.

Looks like you’re just covering your bases with generic responses to us though. 

Set a reasonable salary for yourself (based on market standards) to ensure a stable income.
