In major good jobs cities, sellers are willing to wait and re-list. 

My professor has an extensive RE portfolio and recommended I check out bigger pockets.

Also after searching more about them they bought over 10 more locations ( business only no RE) however they aren’t changing the name.

While it is definitely still a great time to invest in RE, it is just much more difficult than it was 5-10 years ago.

Once the title search came back, the buyer will not move forward with the closing and keeps wanting to re-negotiate.

I have a successful PM company in SF and a CA Broker License - but currently don't do any sales transactions. I rent and really have no desire to purchase in the city because it would be a downgrade of space/neighborh...

It is illegal to discriminate against a tenant based on their source of income so I would advise against even mentioning this in any way shape or form.Are you qualified to purchase expensive RE?

Maybe bringing your RE portfolio closer to 50% allocation.
