I ask because most who write similar posts on BiggerPockets are unable and I am sorry but  "A unique blend of benefits that are favorable for R.E investors who are sole proprietors" sounds like something a  fear mongering asset protection company will tell you before upselling the expensive and unnecessary asset protection product.

So, you say will I want to take some cash out using the 200k value but most programs will require you to wait some period of time from 3 months up to 12 months for conventional before you can use that 200k value to pull cash out.This seasoning does NOT apply to delayed financing as I mentioned in my post above.

well as I posted last week Oregon is now going to require wholesalers to be licensed they have carved out a special license for this activity.. those wishing to continue to wholesale will need to do full criminal and get a bond.. some will not qualify as they have bad backgrounds or crappy credit.
