We have a lot to learn and I'd heard about Bigger Pockets for years on various FIRE podcasts, so I finally joined.

Long term podcast listener but just started reading the forums! 

My interest in real estate investing started from reading books and listening to podcasts, which got my thinking about exploring house hacking as my first venture.

If you are satisfied with the current state of that investment, no need to sell just because you heard it on a podcast. 

Did anyone catch Episode #968 on the Bigger Pockets Podcast with Nobel Crawford.

Is there a book I can read or a podcast I can listen to that breaks down the steps for a rehab - starting with how to pick a contractor, how to prepare a SOW, what are the steps in the rehab (ie first you fix the roof, foundation , windows and exterior doors and then plumbing, etc.) , what work can be done at the same time (ie plumbing and electrical) etc.   

You can flip later; it just may not be the right fit for you now.In addition to books, these forums, and podcasts, the best thing to do to get you focused is to meet other investors who work that asset class or strategy at local meetups.
