Plug your nose and take the plunge!

That being said it has taken me a little bit of time to make the plunge into real estate investing game.

I'm really trying to take the plunge into my first investment property and I do have some cash set aside, but I'd like to keep that cash in my reserves.

So I took the plunge and they accepted my offer.I am getting ready to start my adventure in investing and property managing.This site has already been immensely helpful and I think I have read the 5 or 6 most recent pages on the "renters" forum.

Hey everyone, I've been lurking here for a while, just absorbing information, but finally decided to take the plunge and actually sign up.

If you have the cash and credit to make the plunge, go for it.You can work seller finance deals and make the jump.It's almost as easy to find small MF (8-20 units) deals that are seller financed.

I have yet to delve into the rental market but I want to be as informed as I can before I take the plunge!

However I took a couple of years studying the AZ market, learning everything I could about it, then took the plunge - and found I needed to learn more.I get to AZ about every 18-24 months so I do know the areas I am buying in.

I feel like I can't read enough information about investing in real estate but decided to take the plunge to get my first deal underway.
