Yes, it's been a complicated transaction and financing has been more frustrating than normal (filling out new personal financial sheets, new applications for business loans, needs a copy of EVERY lease that I currently have even though I sent P&L as well as spreadsheets with income and expenses for every property).

I have just moved to Las Vegas and in my search for investment opportunities have interviewed a local broker who offers to find the distressed house, use their own resources/contractors to renovate, and who claims they make their money through (1) use of their renovation crew, and (2) their selling commission when the property is sold.I provide the money.Does anyone have any thoughts about this arrangement.Further, if you're a local investor, you might know of this broker and I would appreciate a PM to discuss.
