We really lucked out with the OZ location designation.

For me it’s about convincing him that it’s doable and worth the time and money.I find that a lot of people believe you have to have hundreds of units to be successful, or have limiting beliefs because they don't have examples in their sphere that show otherwise.

I'm sure we'll see more shifting after Aug 1.Major players in the STR property management sphere have begun shutting their doors or shifting their business model away from STRs. 

Nicholas  Peak in KC will do foreigner loans for rentals. usually 40 to 50% down about 7.99 % and about 5 to 10 points.plus i know other local private guys that will do about the same.these are non recourse loans.. simply becasue no one can foreclose on you and get a judgement against you since your in OZ.  

Posting on BP and sharing real estate information with your sphere of influence (and social media) is a great way to get started.

This will help you get the experience/reps in while also building you client book-of-business/sphere.
