I can’t seem to post a picture of the design from the BP app

I didn’t have to look hard.Many tenants/LV residents got demolished during the economic downturn (I see their rental apps and many have had foreclosures) but theres a huge demand and pull for healthcare professionals in this state.

Prospective tenants can complete my online app which then directly populates RM so all of their info is captured.

I know this because we sat down and looked at her credit report in the Mint app (a soft inquiry, and yes I know it only gives data from 1 agency but I don't expect the other 2 to be vastly different).

Typically, we get calls from people following up on the status of the app.

Looked to be some decent cash-flowing houses near App State that could hit 1% rule...

Thing is, they never yell TOO LOUD, just loudly enough to be a pain to the people in their immediate vicinity, and they don't play music or anything.  

Can you access the bigger Bigger Pockets Calculators using the App???

It specifically states criteria and also that the app fee is NON-refundable.
