Mild temps, sunny, remote.

Yeah I don't want a fire policy.I will have tenants in the house within 30 days.They opens a huge liability, fire policies blow.American modern is the company that cancelled my policy do to some very mild stains on my roof.

Insurance has offered only to clean the clothing.My wife has serious health issues, particularly her compromised immune system,    and all but the most mild cleaners tend cause an allergic reaction.  

Those areas also are doing fairly well in the current market, due to the fact those areas are always the most in demand, being close to the coast and having mild weather.

Then they pissed me off with some mildly antagonistic crap about mowing the lawn.

They had mild success (if any) in some industry and then they start charging people that are eager to get started but don't know how by promising to teach them how THEY became so successful. 

With our mild winters, great quality of life, no state income taxes, and increasing job market it could result in a good strong market for the next few years.

This is one place where it might be better to install plastic or wood shelves, instead of metal... the detergent and bleach and stuff may eventually rust a metal shelf. 

I run an ozone machine through the HVAC system often and I also used a microban detergent to spray all the corners and crevices.
