@Emily Poerio, since you're beginning this journey, beware of the overly complicated entity structures some attorneys say you "must have". 

They should have good recommendations.If you are trying to do the BRRRR Method, or some other advanced method, now it get's a little more difficult. 

If they are, then the enemy method works.

It’s part of the journey, though, and most investors go through this at some point.

I am still early in my journey of REI and wanted to buy property with end in mind. 

The BRRRR method is tricky here as we've had some of the highest appreciation in the US over the last 5 years.
