After all, there are lots of things to invest in -- stocks, bonds, precious metals, collectibles.  

The first thing we did was gut out everything back to a core and shell, had new roof screws put in and metal over old fiberglass skylights.  

They are a 21 year old couple, he is a sheet metal company and makes 3500 a month.  

There is also a plot with a 50' x 70' metal building and a well that supplies the cabins.

Wanted me to change the metal roof to shingles, even though the roof was in excellent shape.

@Ross BernardHey Ross, There are brushes made to clean out the dryer vent about 3 feet long at most home centers and hardware stores...... but it sound like you have a longer run through the roof instead of outside the wall behind the dryer.Is the exhaust pipe flimsy flexible pipe or is it hard metal duct pipe?

I am looking to get an open wood porch (or perhaps metal).  

Clean the outside compressor coil (no need to disassemble it, just shoot the hose through the grills from the outside) with a high-pressure nozzle on a simple garden hose attachment.

A small metal shed is really inexpensive. 

The tenant who lives over there installed light switch using metal cloth hanger....
