This should be fun.Here are some thoughts:1) Wage Growth is strong, has been strong, and we are nearing all-time REAL wage highs (adjusted for inflation): Real median wages have been increasing on average over the past 10 years. ....10 years is a grain of sand on the beach.It used to be ANY average man could get a (40 hour a week) W2 job that paid enough to own a house, own a car, have 8 kids and wife who did not work outside the home, be able to live comfortably, and  save for a rainy day (with no credit cards) and have a retirement pension.Now today, are there jobs like this widely available for Men (or Women)?

(nice kitchen, nice bathroom, big closet, good security/lighting)   Women have ecliped men in the workforce, they are better educated, better credit, less violent, less likely to commit a crime, typically cleaner, and are more responsible.

Hardly anyone home (= working renters).Turning the corner inside the complex on the lawn (15 grown men) down on their knees with their hands behind their heads and a swarm of patrolmen cuffing them.I assumed a gang drug bust, but one of the officers said nope--it was prostitution in one of the units with another unit supporting it too (15 grown men--WOW).Maybe the other room was a waiting room, I don't know, but I was glad to see it was not Gang activity (and it was being cleaned up).I tried asking more questions but the Patrol Officer just said we don't have time--leave now.And out came 2 females--quite some business they had there.

One time the neighbor next door had a fumigation and one of the men jumped over to their yard temporarily and that was a huge blown up fuss where they wrote a formal letter to the neighbor saying they will call the cops for tresspassing.
