I’ve had my share of challenging deals too— but the payout made it all worth it.Curious - would you handle the cash-for-keys offer differently next time, or was riding it out the best call?  

I've found that the more you share, the more you can grow your network and connect with like-minded people.

They better supply a massive amount of federal bailout funds to landlords after Trump's little act today, which  he used to buy the voting base.

This could be an opportunity to share what you've learned.
