I may bring an eviction case in the future if the Applicant fails to pay future rent due after the funds of this award have been exhausted or if the award amounts do not cover all amounts due.I understand that These funds are to be used only for expenses that are not paid by other sources of financial assistance.

In the past for other rentals I have used software such as rentready which can walk you through the application process for screening tenants.

I find the larger houses are more difficult to find good market rate comparable rents and they will likely attract applicants that bring more wear and tear. 

When you lease to your tenants and have them fill out the application, make sure to get their social security numbers.

The risks you described are mostly applicable to cases where non-veterans assume VA loans--this will impact entitlement for future use of the selling veteran.  

You can't say no to them if they ask if you accept it, but you can likely find a reason to reject their application.

For 2015 there are so many applications filled from China, that the number of visas allowed will be reached probably by Spring!
