I honestly don't believe the average seller has any idea they can list on the MLS for a flat fee (something even the US Department of Justice thinks sellers should do).

I would go as far as calling the local DA, State Attorney General, Council member, Civil Justice whomever (they may laugh at me) there has to be some agency in your area you could report her to.

He over stayed the agreement, I went to evict and he found a "Social Justice Attorney", both seller & attorney were minorities, (I'm just a rich old white guy to them) and they sued me saying he never sold the property and the Warranty Deed was a forgery.
