F -  ny, these liberals are ruining yhe country one state at a time. 

It's true that some liberal-leaning municipalities in NY are requiring landlords to take these people (Buffalo, for one, apparently) but it is just not true that the state as a whole has this rule.I was advised by my attorney that one is NOT REQUIRED to participate in S8 programs in NY. 

Must be is a very liberal county. 

What I have noticed wit many PMs is a very high tenant turnover, longer vacancies and very liberal with sending out a handyman.
