Realtors and leasing agents are some of the most vulnerable workers out there for the simple reason that they’re exposed to situations that in any other sector would be considered dangerous or unacceptable: meeting strangers in vacant properties by themselves, collecting (often) cash payment on applications, walking strangers up/down stairs to areas of properties without windows or easy exit.

@Jonathan Twombly  from my vantage point.. those with massive debt tolerance or the refi to you die or the I have to have max debt to show the best return numbers for my investors.. so they lock into short term 5 year notes.. those are the one's who are vulnerable in a correction.

More importantly, I have never felt more vulnerable than when I was buckling a screaming newborn into a carseat, while running errands alone, still physically weakened and recovering from childbirth, with my wardrobe basically limited to stretchy clothes (impossible to conceal a weapon.)

I'd do whatever I could to keep her comfortable, these errors can visit me in my old age when I may be vulnerable and I would not want that seed planted.

Yes, if you own that apartment building and you own $5 million in commercial loan and the local economy is going bust, you are in trouble, but if you own 25 houses like the one in the example above, you are not as vulnerable.
