That Last sentence to your response is "mic drop" worthy @Randy Achi!

For the most Service has been responsive, they're adding more functionality, though wish I could track maintenance/repair requests and service fees for rent, but the cash management is what's keeping me here for now.

Therefore, it is common for LL to be responsible for heat and water, which can get very pricy in cold months, but the cost to change out boiler is nearly impossible to justify.

I was still confused when I went online to check my history, but in the end, it did go through and Titan's staff was helpful so I'm not blaming Titan for any wrongdoing.So, overall, I like the bank and all of the people I've interacted with so far (except for the one guy who gives the same blanket response of "speak to your attorney or accountant" no matter what I ask...
