I remember a buddy who once represented a client in the Santa Cruz Mountains.. this client turned an old barn into a shared art studio and invited local artists to rent the space, which ended up boosting inccome in ways they never imagined.The Redwood market can be tricky because of environmental restrictions, zoning quirks, and limited inventory.

I wanted to jump on and share the awesome perks that BP and Invelo are offering for BP Pro Members and answer your skip tracing questions. 

Sharing your concerns can help others learn and overcome similar anxieties.

And even though virtually every sponsor agreement allows me to share investment information with others who might be advising me on it (especially when club members are bound by an NDA), I still ask the sponsor if I can share it, because it's a test.
